    HIGH-LEVEL SERVICES

    Large Volume Powder Coating

    The 8-stage washer system has laser scale removal. Our reclaim booth with part sensing photo eyes and automatic guns, with an automated conveyor, can run from 2 feet to 12 feet per minute. 

    Small Lot Powder Coating

    For smaller projects with quick turnaround times, we have a conveyorized powder-coating line with a multi-stage washer.

    Large Product Powder Coating

    With a product envelope of 96’ wide x 96” tall x 240” long, we can handle some of the largest items in your product portfolio.

    Blasting

    Capable of product sizes up to 96’ wide x 96” tall x 240” long, sandblasting provides a long-lasting seal of powder-coating to your product’s surface for years of protection.
